ya, it's insane these forums got tune banned with the shit that's going on in game on the other side of the fence.

An entire guild was perma banned for the same stuff Nihilum was doing at guild launch. It happens to both sides and has favored Nihilum in the long run, even with this recent ban of Tune.

When you get caught you get caught. No one thinks Tune is the only asshole on the server. He is just the asshole that got caught too many times last week.

If I believed just 1% of what I read on forum though, for sure Tune should be banned, since everyone who's fighting against him says so.

Tune got banned for everyone elses sins. He's officially the jesus of R99.

It's not what people are saying that get him banned. It is GMs looking at his record and seeing he has been suspended in the past for infractions. GMs don't listen to the players emotions, they just sort through facts.

Tune abused IP exemptions since day 1 here, was previously banned for boxing, put mobs into walls abusing high sun, abused instrument in offhand, CC'ed and farmed newbs 24/7, made a mockery of the PNP, seemed to somehow just "know" every single exploit in the game and was always just "testing" them to "report" them. That he isn't perma banned on all chars he touches is absolutely astonishing to me, as a former Senior Guide during the Petition Era. This guy wouldn't have lasted a week.
