also this is pretty funny coming from someone who posts shitty duels in VP running around in circles as if moving your models close to eachother and pressing one key takes tons of skill

I never get a chance to respond to your similar post before the forum reversion.

First off, I don't claim to be some vet - I only consider myself an intermediate PvPer by red server standards. This is part of the shame for the people on blue that I am fighting.

Second, I went completely untwinked on my monk into my 40s, and most of what I have from spending blue plat/gear was done once I was 60 or almost 60. I didn't upgrade from Staff of Battle to IFS until I was 57 or 58, and that was my first real cross-server trade to benefit my monk. I'm pretty happy with my performance as a melee in a dangerous world full of people who have had characters for a long time there. I've taken 6 deaths since achieving 60 in the middle of October and one of those was at a GM event. I only resolved to play my monk on red when I had some fun with some duels in KC on my blue monk and wanted to improve my skills. Edward was 51 or 52 at the time.

Posting frapses of some of these battles isn't as much to toot my own horn as it is to show some people having some fun breaking the monotony of 3 years of Kunark (and share some sweet jams!). I think it would be awesome if more people on blue handed in their books and spiced things up a little bit.

Seems I struck a nerve, but sorry for challenging the experience of such a legend in the P99 community. Your postcount, platinum value, and amount of 60 chars surely give more credibility to your bullshit posts on the forum than mine.
