the ez server need a seperate file of eq or can i log in using the same one i use to launch p1999

Argh, finally get everything installed and modified and can't log in cuz the server is down... anyone have any idea when it will be back up?

This is literally what happened to me when i started playing. After about an hour of battling all the special permissions bullshit in windows, i logged in and found the server down for like 2 days.
