I support unbanning Kimm.

I personally think permabanning anyone is a fucking stupid idea on any EMU, unless those players are SQL injecting or some other bullshit banning people for things that can be player regulated is just piss poor administrating.

You don't ban people from Wal-Mart for being trash, only for shoplifting; same should apply here.
