Im a libertarian, I do not believe big brother has the right to take money out of your pocket by force of taxation to give a transgendered or any other person medical care.

Why are college tuition prices so inflated? Government force.

Why are medical costs so inflated? Government force.

Why have over a million brown people perished over the last decade? Government force.

I can go on and on and on if you want me to point you towards more industries negatively impacted by our out of control federal government.

This "other option" raises the price of medical care and forces people into a system where they will get a drastically lower quality of care.

In a society free of government force, everyone would be able to afford medical care because doctors would be able to specialize in low income people that they don't even get to see as of right now because that demographic just goes without medical insurance.

In a true libertarian society doctors would compete with one another for the low income demographic by posting their prices on their door and on their websites and the lower the cost, the more patients they would see. This would create a separate industry and boost the economy and there would still be specialists and doctors making tons of money.

There are just so few people who actually talk about it, and even fewer that actually transition (takes balls). The general public considers it very taboo, mostly because of lack of education.

Im not really one of those rainbow flag waving sillies. Im pretty private about it (except obv. online). I prefer to separate myself from 'the community'.. because I dont want to get hated on. Did you hear about that poor transgirl that got jumped and killed in NY last week..? Yikes. Thank god I pass. (My fellow tranny friends hate my view on this). ~

katrik just earned a ton of points in my book, and she already had quite a few to begin with.

very cool kat.

Lron says it's okay if I get something - as long as it's my parents and not the government giving it to me!

Why do you think the federal government is the only mechanism that can provide people what they need? Especially when they do such a poor job at everything they get involved in? You have lost your individuality and identity.

True Free Market voluntarism = higher quality/lower cost <<< This is an objective fact

I can name a thousand industries where their primary target demographic is low income people.

And what do you mean "before"? The government has been involved in the medical industry for a hundred years.

You need to do some research and gather facts before you regurgitate Bush/Obama narratives at me...each of which whom are neo socialists and collectivist douche bags.

Precisely! You are starting to get it! The government has to take something from someone else by force to give it to you.

Free individuals living peacefully and honorably can give their time/resources to anything/anyone they would like.
