Now on to serious criticism, you're playing Poppy, you don't buy a Frozen Mallet. You don't buy a Rylai's.

Poppy excels with 1) positioning 2) damage and 3) tank stats, in that order. You shouldn't be worried about chasing someone down with some shitty ass "dual slow" build (what the fuck are you doing) but she should be more worried about navigating the fight and pushing key targets into walls while under an ultimate that makes her INVINCIBLE to everyone that ISN'T GETTING PUSHED.

Why don't you have a trinity force? Why? Why don't you have an item that gives movespeed and AD and burst damage and health and manapool? (extremely important on retro champs). Why don't you have Ignite instead of exhaust? Are you afraid of the auto attacker you should be killing / stunning / whatever when you have an invincibility move? Basically the only thing you did right in your item build is your boots.

If you think you "deserve to be out of bronze elo" or some terrible scrub shit like that, this picture makes me want to entirely disagree with you. Not only did you make a shitty item build, if you were as good as you say you are you should be able to absolutely terrorize low elo with Poppy, no matter what shit build you're doing.

also poppy is an ap character for sure if your goal is to do damage, but i bought those items for the health+passives .. in addition to ghost and exhaust .. basically a gimmick with poppy.

rylai's = 35% slow = 65% enemy move speed = 0.65
fm = 40% slow = 60% enemy move speed = 0.6

0.65 x 0.6 = 0.39 = 39% enemy move speed when i hit with physical and spell
