That sounds like a good server to me. We don't need kunark for a long time. I always felt it was ruahed on pvp99 to try to give the server vitality. A vain attempt since what everyone really wanted was fixes for the basics.

What seems like a reasonable option for a non discord server would be to make a new PvP server alongside the current one and just see what people would rather play. If the new server fails to work out...we can all crawl back to r99 dregs which are pretty cool anyways. Can't lose.

We already have rogue epic 1.0 and fungi MQ's, what more is there to just making them drop able? Fungis already trad-able.

The fear of loosing it would stop RMT in its tracks. If anyone could loose anything. It would be very risky to RMT that stuff. Levels or anything.

Really its the ultimate MUD like scenario.
