How can you even compare zidane to titus, titus is the WORST main character of any mmo i think i have ever played. He's just awful and I couldn't get behind him at all, I never rooted for him imo you should always be cheering on your main character you want to see zidane defeat kuja and win garnet, i never cared about titus. He didn't seem to care he was just along for the ride following the rest of his group and i never expected him to really do anything.

of course i played through 9 at least 5 times and i only got to the end of 10, it wasn't worth beating imo, i did not like the story and don't get me start on the gridsphere garbage.

Not the biggest FF9 fan in the world but the game was good enough for me to take the time to play through twice. The characters and story of FF9 trumped 10 any day of the week.

Titus was such a shitty character I was actually happy to find out it was all a dream in the end. Zidane's story had some depth to it and his character interactions were at least somewhat believable.

I liked Tidus - It was the voice actor that needed to be shot. His voice was like nails on a chalkboard.

Tidus was the worst Final Fantasy protagonist - FACT

Zidane was NOT the worst Final Fantasy protagonist - also FACT

The math adds up, you can't dispute that.

Edit: Forgot to add that Zidane is literally David Bowie which automatically makes him better.
