Is it a server rule somewhere that you must "become a serious raiding guild" before you are allowed to wipe to gore with 80?

Forceful Entry recruitment now open, we are a recently established raid guild looking to fill the ranks. We are using a DKP system, use of ventrilo is a requirement, and we have a group of experienced and dedicated people committed to making Forceful Entry the top guild on the server.

Weren't they suposed to take over and immediately dominate VP + server like 6 months ago?

Whoever does FE's general dkp descriptions drives me insane, can I organize/format it for you?
