Ya I’m sitting here feeling like a Sith Lord “yesss, yesss embrace the xenophobia” to the black community. Keep in mind they are freaking the F out over what I recall was two busloads of migrants arriving in Chicago. Imagine what they would think if they lived in a border town in my state, where hundreds-thousands are arriving at a time

And NY wants to take what I call the Botten approach and fast track them to work visas. Not a bad idea for getting them off the streets depleting our limited social services resources, and filling out any important vacant jobs. But also a potential way to possibly stagnate low skill wage growth AND inspire a lot more to come. Coming for work was always their main goal. Soon we can have ALL the entry level low skill labor jobs run by migrants. Which are the jobs “Americans don’t want”….with the unspoken part of that being “at those wages”. Wages which will not go up when the jobs are handed to someone who was previously making 2 cents a day in Venezuela, IMO

Also, it’s interesting to see just how many things the black community don’t really like about Dem policies. They don’t like gender ideology for the most part, and they don’t like the never-ending migrant influx. But they hate (perceived) racism more, so hard to make them ever flip

Luckily, they are immune both to cancellations and the Dem shock-troop anti-protestors though, which makes them a highly effective mouthpiece for GOP concerns (“fear mongering” as seen by Dems)
