Even if it was his fault, it won’t be perceived that way in the suburbs. Dueling gangs of protestors trying to intimidate people into acquiescence is not a good look. It will boost Trump in the Midwest and south. Every poll I’ve seen has all of the states in the Midwest as tossups except Michigan (going Biden from what I’ve read).

Huh? I don't "side" with anyone. The whole point of trying to remain neutral isn't to never take positions on things, it's to not care if it's a left or right wing position; IE, not being a big partisan tribal doofus. The way left wing media is spinning this stuff, currently, right now, is really gross and the grossest part is that they fancy themselves as the good guy team or something.
