If Bill Clinton did do something he should be prosecuted. Just like if the court case by Johnson claiming that Trump violently raped her when she was 13 at a 1994 is True then Trump should be prosecuted for that too.

Because not prosecuting hillary, who arguably did worse things, but instead throwing the book at trump (who is currently running for president and is very popular among half the country) betrays an obvious political bias in the application of the law. Nobody is saying trump shouldn't be prosecuted, at least not me. I'm saying everyone else should be too.
