Supporting trump is perfectly logical; literally every relevant metric of prosperity was better while he was president. He had fairly good domestic and foreign policy all things considered.

Now, I think that was mostly all by accident cause he's basically a celebrity who ran for president as a stunt and actually got elected. But every administration is basically just a hodgepodge of people with varying influence and something inevitably comes out the other side of that meat grinder. With trump, it was at least marginally better than what we've gotten on the other side of the biden meat grinder.

Also please remember he's already been president for a full term. We've already run this experiment. If he wanted to retain dictatorial control in 2020 he would have, but instead he eventually conceded and there was a peaceful transfer of power despite all the fearmongering by democrats. Even now rachael maddow is like "he's gonna install himself as president for life!" which is bumper-sticker levels of a retarded take. He's pushing 80, even if he really was the cartoonish villain he's painted as he might get "installed" as president for like... 6 years.

Everyone knows people like JK Rowling wouldn’t dare say what she did if she didn’t already have fuck you money. Because she would be a broke unemployable bish

That’s the fear. Put the fear in people, and keep them in line
In other news, I've decided to start haunting my local city council meetings; just attending, and never really saying anything for a couple years

Plenty of moral evils are completely logical. A thing can be right without being just.

Hope this helps.

You aren’t that smart and it’s okay to admire others.
Smart enough to know excessive cigarettes and alcohol are bad.

So why can’t I also then be smart enough to know Trump is a terrible choice to be in charge of the US.

It doesn't really help because I have no idea which part of what I posted you're responding to.

Prosperity and lower crime and no new foreign wars are good, so it's both logically *and* morally better to vote for trump over joe biden, assuming biden is actually running again. How bout that?

Why are those things good?

Prosperity here could mean mass starvation everywhere else, or the world could be countried entirely by Nazicommie states but at least we aren't making war on them.

Prosperity here is definitely leaving to starvation everywhere else, the starvation just isn't yet widespread but that's changing

Haha what? Open a history book you dorks. Global poverty and deaths from malnutrition per capita have declined exponentially since the industrial revolution, which was primarily driven by western capitalist markets. Yes the rich got richer, and the poor also got richer. Try again.
