Btw the mere fact that there have been indictments means a judge has looked at the evidence and determined there is a case worthy of trial. There's no such thing as an obviously frivolous, partisan, politically motivated prosecution? My position is these charges aren't valid as a 'crime' until he's convicted. Until then it's just a court case.

all politicians are dirty AF, they always have been. we used to let it slide because we'd have to indict every president, their cabinet, all of congress etc etc. Their crimes, while being crimes, any crimes, are never enough to destroy a nation over.

indicting a president is a precedent that the nation will never recover from. From this point to eternity, every president and politician you want out of your way will be innundated with legal troubles.
