Lol, I know reading comprehension is hard but maybe you should take a look.

THJ are using 8 year old twitter screenshots of former DBG employees personal opinions as evidence. Screenshots of 6 year old PC gamer articles on P99 where the article explicitly references the agreement and it only gets worse. It all looks extremely amateur and only a couple of their contributions to their defense look like it was actually written by a lawyer. I would be willing to bet that the law firm took an easy L for the money, grifters being grifted hahaha

I will say, DBG keeps filing motions to have THJ shut down, saying that it's harming their reputation and the long-term viability of EverQuest 1 paid subscriptions. It does seem like flailing.

However, my money's on the judge ultimately siding with DBG in the end.

My money is on DBG never even going to court over this because they never had the balls to take 2 game devs to court for the first time over something like this.
