Exp already got nerfed today. Its much much lower than it used to be. I played for 4 hours @ 18 doing quests and got to 19. Looks good to me =)

yeah they fixed alot of things. I dunno about CC duration but it will probably be pretty fair once pots are in.

i patched to try beta and you cannot login unless all access

really stupid on daybreaks part, they very clearly disabled all station cash for membership and want real $ For subs

i ended up spending more on keys and item unlocks then sub but i dont feel committed by subscriptions

they will have to adopt that model to interest me and many others, server will still be pretty full at release but classic eq2 blows.

Need at least 1 expansion preferably EOF or Kunark at least to be good.

never played eq2 except launch and didnt like it
installed it last night and still don't really like it, maybe the pvp will make it fun?

at launch eq2 was fucking amazing, isle of refuge was the best part of the whole game and starting in the sewers and having to do a quest to be a citizen was sick.

No bells at release means everyone was leveling in the commonlands and antonica and entry level dungeons

was amazing.

Crafting system made everyone work together and form crafting guilds to get items and spells made.

i wish progression would bring all that back but it will just be a cut and paste of whats in game now with zone locks.

Its not the money its the commitment, currently i have 2 subscribed accounts to eve and 1 to FFXIV, i just dont want to COMMIT to eq2 BETA lol.

I paid for eq2 for a year a few months back when i was actively playing, the accounts i boxed were silver accounts and i regularly bought keys, i would never consider paying for 6 accounts in eq2 but i was happy to pay for one.
