I think the true issue is this happening in the past without recourse. I know it happened with Inny/VS when FC got him. There is no real solution aside from the FTE shout that I can think of aside from a GM intervention moments after the kill.

Why you so concerned over this incident? Isn't this just another case of who had FTE being to late and not who got to keep guts....

Trak is almost as bad as Dojo now.

If you honestly care that much about taking away somebodies epic and the manner in which "conflict" resolution occurs on this server, then post about it where somebody cares, not at the tail-end of a 90 page RnF thread.

Spend your time trying to enforce it, not seeking out proof one way or another before you make an ass out of yourself publically outside of RnF. Nobody but you cares that much about your own image, and I speak for everyone else when I tell you that nobody cares.

Of course petitions are where I'd put anything substantive that I wanted read, however this thread seemed the most obvious place to start looking. After all, the thread's title "FE knowingly KS's TMO's Trak, Rushes to complete keys and epics" kind of lends itself to the subject.
