I understand exercising so you won't become a fat, unattractive, slob but to spend all day drinking muscle milk and carb loading just so your muscles are bigger (I.E bigger NOT more efficient) is just pure vanity or insecurity... I don't understand the point of "bulking up" if you still lose 90% of your bar fights because you're completely winded after 30 seconds.

Not all women are attracted to straight up power, and money.
Though those who aren't are often extremely shallow. Which is why I always see the nice guy sit in the friends zone while some chick is with some guy who looks like a pretty boy model.

not disagreeing with the 'building big muscles isn't practical'. I've started to focus more on cardiovascular fitness and self defense, I find myself less interested in lifting weights because I know it will require extra time before I can hit the punching bag again.
