Oh she is smoking hot. Girls who are able to be funny I think kill it even harder than guys that can

I also think part of the influence is I hear he is playing Mephisto in that shitty For Modern Audiences Ironman tv show. And I saw him saying that production and filming has been a bit of a disaster

A shame, he definitely looks the part of Mephisto and I could see him nailing it. Mephisto’s method is cunning and treachery in terms of contracts, and Sasha could totally play that type of person

I felt like as soon as she married that guy she stopped making movies.

She was by far my favorite up and coming comedy actor at the time.

She's damn crazy in wedding crashers I love her lol

I dont like sasha personally but I like his movies.

The older he gets the more of a uptight fuckwhit he seems.

But I imagine he'd be great as mephisto.

I read that the ironheart girl like ran circles around him and made him her bitch, so Im happy to hear that.

more interested in the backstory that caused that reaction than the actual fight itself lol

I didn’t get the backstory either but in regards to the crying, she is just hyper competitive and in MMA or boxing a finish win is the ultimate win vs a decision win. And Dakota has almost all finishes to my knowledge, girls just wither and crumple from her knees and elbows she doesn’t even have to knock them out

So not getting a finish is a big disappointment. It’s also used in promo which is the most important aspect to a fight making money, for the ads to be able to say something like, “23 wins, 22 finishes!” about the fighter people pay attention and realize this girl has granite fists and feet

i mean, like why is a girl that looks like that into combat sports at all lol.

idk female MMA has always seemed super weird to me, female pro-wrestling i get, it's fake mostly and about the storylines, i draw the line somewhere around kickboxing with 14oz gloves as acceptable for female combat for a healthy society anything past that just seems like a slippery slope towards having people fight lions in a arena again at somepoint.

Especially in MMA, even moreso than boxing, if you are good enough, if you are that much better than your competition, you could in theory be winning so decisively you aren’t taking much damage

Khabib is a famous example, I can’t recall him ever getting punched hard. His fans have often touted that he has never bled a single drop of blood in any of his professional fights in his undefeated career

It’s harder to coast by with that little amount of damage as a striker, but it is in theory still possible, with great precision and great movement/defense

And to my knowledge that has been the case with her. She has been so much more skilled than her competition that she wasn’t getting hit, wasn’t messing up that pretty face. But now that she’s making hundreds of thousands of not millions in prize money and moving to more serious divisions, this is likely to change

I can’t image her beating an absolute doped up tank like Zhang Weili in the UFC who has really good skills as well, in a striking match without taking damage. It’s possible, that girl with the shaved head did it with a kick KO, but Zhang has probably improved since then

It’s a concern for a beautiful girl like Dakota’s face, but moreso for any fighter’s brain. That is why we must venerate and respect fighters, the modern day gladiators, for putting their bodies and brains into the woodchipper’s path for our entertainment and usually shit pay

When they come out broke and with brain damage, they should still at least have the people’s respect [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I don't see any issue with female mma as it's currently done. They still have weight classes, all the same rules apply. I kind of think of it as watching two tiny dudes fight. It's one of the few female sports that's close to as exciting as the male counterpart.

All that's missing is a female heavyweight division! Let's get lizzo in there.
