So if you don't actually know who the hacker is, there is still nothing they can do. They can only check the number to see if it matches the person or the name of the accused you gave them, they can't do anything about anonymous attacks...So they claim. We know they trace but only for rich people or businessmen.

Court rulings also have recently been in favor of the DEA using warrantless cellphone tracking to hunt suspects (the problem with it is, the phones are not even registered to the person they are tracking, and the phones are not actually registered to anyone...opening the door for this to apply to everyone across the board)

There was some grumbling again when Comey testified a month or so ago that Lynch shut him down when he got concerned about her meeting with Bill Clinton privately on the tarmac. But again, there is nothing. There had have been a deal.
