Get into the drivers seat, spend ALL the money, run up ALL the debt, shit all over the deficit, start a war, give enormous tax breaks to your friends and donors (effectively shrinking the governments chauffer's, less intake, less spending. more borrowing is necessary the next day because you just took X amount of billions or trillions from the tax system. Its now short on its own bills. )

Go look at how Kansas and Alabama are run. They break the government on purpose. Then point to it and say "look what OBAMA did!!" or biden in this case..
