I think Conor knew he was going to lose hence all the theatrics throwing the dolly and shit. I believe in an interview Khabib did give respect to Conor's left hand though which he hit him with twice, it just didn't take him out the way it did other people. Gaethje hit him a bunch too, but again it just didn't matter.

Oh yea for sure. Dude trained like an absolute machine. Also Conor was binge drinking and doing coke, partying, not taking the fight seriously. He showed up shitfaced drunk to the pre-fight interviews. Khabib has never had a sip of alcohol in his life

It wouldn’t have mattered, Conor would have lost decisively either way. But not taking it nearly as seriously as Khabib def didn’t help

When I was jogging the park tonight I didn’t notice a low hanging branch on a tree in front of the parking lot with all the cars facing it

It scraped me good on the head as I went under it. Would have cut me open if I didn’t have my hat +3 AC on. Did knock the hat off in front of all the parked cars, some on with people in them

So I looked back at the branch and thought:
