In fact, last PD pre IB suspension I believe secondary aggro played a big role.

He's been disciplined internally. If the GMs want to give him the standard character suspension for training that's their prerogative and nobody would protest it. Nobody eats a perma ban for an intentional train, and I've never heard of someone being guild kicked for one either (from a relevant guild).

Being kicked out of the guild temporarily, unable to attend raids, and having your name smeared all over the forums for weeks is definitely more of a punishment than most people get from fellow players.

except they are banning players on red that trained people permanently without fraps proof. This guy was caught on fraps in a raid environment and ate no punishment at all.
