You're not going to find a lot of agreement that the US should be systematically restructured to resemble sub-saharan Africa; where thievery and barbarity is allowed, unless you piss off the "wrong people" and evoke being chained to a tire lit afire while wrapped around your body. Moral relativity being the root focus here. Who's to say tire-fire burnings enacted by the mob are any more or less moral than law and order? | ||

If I put on a samurai outfit and go prevent damage to the local sushi joint, and I wind up slashing like three pedophiles across the throat and maybe putting an arrow or two into some wife-beating drug dealer, do you think I will be cancelled for cultural appropriation? Or maybe it's a smart move, because then I can channel the discussion into why sushi was so much bigger during the Edo period rather than today. Do today's Japanese have smaller hands? Is that why the samurai died out? They couldn't handle the katana any more? I have six katanas from online but I have giant hands, I don't know. | ||

By the way, pretty sure Kyle is innocent by merit of the fact that he won his trial by combat in a state of law where the police were "defunded"...i.e not doing their job, because thier overlords told them not to do any policing since lawlessness is preferable.
Why are you all complaining about what happened? I would imagine scenarios such as these would be a rather common occurence in the utopia you envision; where there are no police and everyone is essentially left to police themselves without oversight. People are inherently good, after all. | ||
