We had guildmember banned for 3 month and after unban the gm said he didn't knew at all why this char had been banned.

Wrong facts is obviously not a reason to unban and "did not read the petition" isn't either. Every skilled player could see the root and move further was the reason for the train.

So the reason is like "Oh they don't like me. I prefer nice player to do their petition first. And i got my migraine." That is the joy playing on a private server. Deal with it (from Sirken).
