delete red99 transfer all chars to blue, move them to lake rathe arena, bind there, remove zoneout

Today on Everquest Classic WoW-mod DEATHMATCH 24/7 we fixed the eqemu bug that causes non-moving engaged mobs to update their heading only after attacking.

Why couldn't I find a fix for this out there before?! You proprietary classic eq devs need to come pay your dues to the Six Hammers and share some of your fixes for the good of Norrath!

An engaged mob should now update its heading to reflect the position of its target with greater frequency and according to a new rule setup in the db. Come join up and I'll GM you - have some fun!
