He was at 20-something % when I started. My fraps only shows him going as low as 19%, but it's possible he got lower than that (and I'm pretty sure he did) given that I was clicking through different people throughout the engage.

I don't think I ever saw 8%, but I'm pretty sure I saw 12% before I toggled fraps.
