I think anyone with a little common sense knows that server population dips in the summer time and begins rising when school starts back up and winter closes in. Not saying anything contrary to the OP on if he is right or wrong, but the ensuing Velious expansion and thankfully the earth's proximity and tilt to the sun probably deserve more credit to this phenomenon.
