Last I checked nihilum were ran out by level 40 somethings in VV from South Karana, Sniffles murked multiple nihilum in raid, Battle pwned, Toxicity owned and pending suspension for hacking.

I cannot speak to the veracity of these comments but I can say one should always pay his debts in game and honor his word, and when you fail to do so, shit can happen.
