Also, pepper spray should be used in an escalation of force. As a last resort, when all lesser means have failed or can not be reasonably employed.

Usually you have to be pepper sprayed yourself before being qualified to use it, so you know what it is capable of before inflicting it upon someone else. Departments are failing at doing this and letting anyone tote this stuff.

The fact is that cops have been blatantly breaking procedure in crowd-control situations and not being disciplined for it. Furthermore, the "good german" cops haven't been saying anything about the bullshit they see their brethren do. It's not just pepper spray, all less lethals, including: pepper balls, flexible batons, rubber bullets, tear gas, pepper gas, pepper spray, batons, and long bats have procedures attached to them, and they have been blatantly broken in more cases than I care to recount. The Oakland CPRB (citizens police review board) has heard OO on this issue, and recommended major changes to OPD, but then again, so has the motherfucking federal government, and THAT didn't change shit, so why should the official body for oversight within Oakland have any more effect?

Police are gangs of enforcers for the interests of the rich. They don't keep the peace. That's some fucking bullshit euphemism. If they kept the peace they'd be arresting fucked up evil cops. Since they aren't, even if they do good shit, that good shit is sullied by the lack of action to stop the bad shit they do.

All cops are bastards. Every fucking single one of them.

Fuck the police.

If you are a cop, fuck you. If you fuck a cop, fuck you. If your mom or dad is a cop, fuck you. If your kid is a cop, fuck you.

Fucking die in a fire.

The word fact has a distinct meaning. Using the word fact and then expressing an opinion does not transform that opinion into a fact.

So you're really saying that cops haven't been blatantly breaking procedure and not being disciplined for it? Are you really saying that, you ignorant fuck?

Mook, do you really mean to sit here and say that a mutual termination agreement leading to a lucrative position in Blackwater etc. is a consequence?

Fucking stupider than I thought.

Tell me when they bring that motherfucker up on charges.

Yes I did read that link, but I couldn't find a connection. On review, I saw that you actually meant to say that that was some kind of consequence. Fuck you.
