Here is your response to the Alarti version of what transpired in sky. Consider it the only response we will be giving.

Both TMO and BDA knew Dojo's timer in sky. We called our normal Sunday raid for lower islands plus the efreeti cycle. When we started mobilizing TMO brought in a rather large raid force to sit on dojo island, so BDA conceded the cycle. Props to TMO for being able to mobilize quickly (quick tangent, TMO is amazing at mobilization, it really is impressive, being 100% honest I wish BDA had that ability) and winning that battle.

We decided to progress along with our lower island raid, we began clearing isle 1 trash, as we're clearing the last trash mob TMO pulls Princess to Dojo island to block our advancement. We sucked it up and bought keys to isle 2 for those that needed them. Cleared 2 then progressed to isle 3, somewhere in there TMO started the isle 4 trigger so that gave them Keeper rights. We began clearing isle 3 trash and TMO pulls Gorg away, there was some discussion as to what to do next, we decided to just call it off and port down to 1.

As our wizard was making his way up to get the next group he found Sentenza (Faz) kiting gorg in a circle with no raid force present, he had been doing so for well over 10 minutes. At some point TMO brought the rest of their force to 2, but we pulled gorg off him and killed him on 3 after their mega long kite.

Our issue was that TMO had the Dojo cycle and they had no reason to pull princess except to harass our raid. The same thought applied to the gorg encounter. This leads to this:

Q: What about a raid mob being indefinitely kited or occupied?
A: It is now against server policy to indefinitely kite, or otherwise keep occupied, a raid mob without intention of bringing it to your raid camp. You either bring it to your raid, die, or zone out. Obvious stall-kiting of a raid mob, especially in situations to prevent engagement by another guild, will result in disciplinary actions against the kiter's account, and possibly their raid/guild leadership.

This was our position, it was a clear violation of the PnP and it wasnt a rogue member, it was the TMO raid leader. Alarti paints a much different picture but this is how it honestly went down. This is our last word on the matter. We look forward to cooperating with TMO in good faith and working to make this server enjoyable for anyone that wants to experience high end raid content.
