This thread belongs in Server chat since it is a serverwide issue that RMT'd characters are not being deleted and the owners banned.

TMO is harboring cheaters and people who RMT. This needs to be addressed and not ignored by the GMs.

Just going to say if people want to buy toons for real money who gives a fuck, not like it effects your gameplay.

People already farm endless PP for RMT or not and already PL alts regardless.

Really don't see the big deal, I mean I'm not going to waste hundreds of RL dollars but if people want to that's there choice and not getting in the way of me leveling my toons.
