If this is actually going to happen I have a box and I can give vile complete access to it.

It will be similar to QvF if I get involved, I still have the shit I did for QvF minus the database. If I do get involved in it, I will *not* have full control over it, and thus, if it were to ever go down Vile would have complete access to start it over again.

Also, keep in mind I am doing this as a completely non-classic EQ server. It'll be custom with like 8 zones tops. Will be coding a DLL similar to what P1999 has this coming weekend... probably will take a bit, but I can manage it.

I don't want this server to be a competitor to red99, though. It would be its own gameplay experience, and not exactly classic though not unbalanced as fuck.

I've added vile on aim to see about doing this, will let you guys know.

I'm going to be frank here: nobody wants this custom crap where the dev puts their own spin on it like Nulls resist system or Kings and Bandits or Custom Guildwars 69. You should know this better than anyone since you tested a VZTZ copy (which people played on) and then made multiple posts questioning why that server was successful while various custom servers are not.

I could care less if it's a direct competitor. I will fund/support a red99 that is what it should be.

Just make a classic server with highly accelerated XP and all the other good stuff that red99 passed over (pvp broadcasts, global chat, etc).
