That is no different than training. Plain and simple. Training is strategy too. Why do you hate on training when training CT on everyone is "strategy"?

Why is training CT on everyone with 18 people strategy, but training CT on everyone with 1 person not strategy?

In my opinion, that one line proves you are not ready to be making GM pvp decisions. I feel that if you had played pvp for longer than 1 month, you would understand the absurdity of your sentence.

More accurately what you have done is make a rule that you cannot enforce fairly because there aren't enough GMs, while being naive enough to believe that the direct result will be anything other than people flooding forums with accusations, that you apply it unfairly..... with proof as they already have done with another situation.
