why do you think the server is over and done with? i know i was kinda upset that it took so long for a patch after epics were released, but from reading the forums i understand why there was a delay. sure, the top end plays on this server have nothing better to do than troll each other in and out of game, but the rest of us are still enjoying this shit. The reason live went to shit is exactly the same reason why this server is "going to shit" in the eyes of the top players. The top 1% demands more and harder content, the bottom 20% remains stuck on the early content. Quickly a huge divide grows, and now you need noobie quests to let the new and moronic players catch up while the 'uber pros' dominate new content. I like that this server has been slower to progress, since the middle 50% of players will never get all of the Best in Slot gear for a given era. This lets us still play the game and have fun for a long while. The more you piss and moan over wanting new content, over hating each other, and over how much you hate PoP, Luclin, GoD, etc., etc., the more you hurt your own cause. If you are 3 grouping a raid mob and calling it a success, I saw try 15 man-ing it and see how it goes, etc. After having a GM say to me "I don't think a druid can solo that camp" and then proving him wrong, I feel pretty damn good about myself. Much better than i would feel 30man killing any dragon, that's for sure. Make the game fun and new, stop doing the same old shit every single day.
