It's only understaffed by their own choosing. They've got plenty of people offering to help. Shit, it's been 4 months and they still haven't got anyone handling reimbursements or working on RMT.

My favorites are certain debuffs/dots not showing up on ur buff bar

and

Having 250 fire/cold resist meaning nothing in pvp here

Were only 2+ months into a pvp server, might be important issues.

Rift was fucked with 65000 accounts were violated... By THEIR security flaws... I was one of the first 50s, had mad gear and it took them almost 4 weeks to reimburse the items I lost from their fucked up security measures...
