I'm confused, is the TMO argument that they didn't mem blur the dragon or that it's ok to mem blur the dragon? I don't see how this is any different from the other scenarios of wiping other guilds intentionally and the same punishment should follow if Rogean was still doing the whole "actually enforce the rules" thing.

I put in a petition/exploit report months ago that it was possible after TMO did it on a Faydedar pull to clear evidence that we had engaged first and then when Kuchiki did it accidentally to our own dragon and we had to fight it twice.
