Either this player was

A - levitating over the water and didn't notice when lev wore off and drowned and is unsure why pain and suffering struck him.
B - a necro who was liching and forgot to click lich off.
C - someone who was so high he nuked himself instead of the mob.

I can't tell you how many times i've seen those scenarios....

It also frustrates me when people get so stoned they have trouble communicating and then petition and i ask questions and they are like 'sorry. what did you ask? dude i'm SOOOO FUCKING HIGH'

I don't get it. I have never ever smoked pot, never consumed it and have no desire to do so.

Either they are new to smoking pot or they are just stupid. It never impaired my ability to communicate. I've done C a few times both high and sober and noticed I did it both times.

Pot gets a lot of blame for the flaws that people have. People are who they are pot does not drastically alter that person. I've seen it mellow some people out who were wound up really tight, but if someone is stupid when high, it's just because they are stupid.

Meh. I've smoked for about twenty years now, and I'm obviously more intelligent and articulate than 99% of the population, no matter how stoned I may be. I'm talking every day, too; first thing when I wake up. The real problem with stoners is that a great many of them are contrarian, rebellious children, and kids are fucking unbearably stupid. Just look at the PvP boards and you'll see what I mean.

I take care of mentally ill patients in a lock down facility.
Many of them are there because they are non compliant with their prescribed meds.
When asked what do they do instead of taking meds, many of them say "I smoke pot. It calms me down"
That may be true but it doesn't cut it for what they really need and only aggrivates an already serious problem.
They all try to tell me that pot is harmless and that its natural and all that.
Considering what condition they are in and their lives in general their endorsement isn't one I'm ever likely to take them up on

If i had to guess i'd say the majority of the people in there on lockdown that he's talking about have bipolar disorder type I or borderline personality disorder.
