EQ will not launch

I'm having the same problem and have tried pretty much everything in this thread and other threads. I'm running Vista 64-bit and had the game working earlier. I tried to edit the resolution settings in game and it booted me, and I've got application errors ever since. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Disable your antivirus or make an exception for dsetup.dll
