Idk why you have to look like Erudites in order to play one? Why does that feel wrong to you? I don't look like any of the other races either, except maybe humans? But I don't feel weird playing a race that doesn't look like me. In fact...isn't that kinda the point of role-playing games? To immerse yourself in a world that ISNT like our own?

P.s. Erudin and Paineel are top tier cities for sure. They lack for newb zones, at least until Warren's came out. They also are near one of the most underrated zones in the entire game...that zone being Stonebrunt Mountains. The vibes in this area are incredible! Especially when you're chilling at that random Kerra town when it's snowing and the winds blowing.

There was WoW private server called Ebonhold that had a lot of openly racists kids in global chat defending their god given right to be free to say offensive things on whatever private platform they were on. You might like it there.
