Do you, though? At this point you could have a level 1 char, get a raid guild invite with access to their bot army. Can play bots during pops to start acquiring DKP. Slowly level your "main" to 46. By the time you get there, you can dump DKP on it and be a walking god from 46-60.
This is my impression too. Also, loads of guilds don't have a 60 req for raid toons either, should you want to play your own toon from time to time instead of a bot.

It depends on the guild rules and recruitment requirements. I haven't looked into Green guilds, but if all of the big ones allow you to join at level 1 and operate bots, then that is awesome.

im sure if you showed them your chars / raiding history you could set something up - they arent gonna invite a random nobody fresh off the street

"willing to play rogue and cleric bot" with years of raiding experience on blue would be an insta invite these days

and also nepotism - you likely know some old bluies who moved to green that could vouch for you or help you sidestep some of the usual recruitment requirements.

Amen, brother. I think there might be some pressure from Daybreak that is preventing the team at p99 from restarting green. They want to be the only place for fresh progression servers, with all the boxing, RMT, and other garbage that goes on there.

I've been enjoying blue since I started raiding again, but I know I'll never have a prayer of catching up to the people who started when the server was fresh. Same is true on green. Theres really no point going to green, even though being able to actually group and have people in EC sounds nice. MnM is going to be great!

Guessing you'd need to commit to a minimum RA though
