Anyone who dumped max points into CHA would have ended up being the smart player. By Luclin or so, every other stat was easily capped by all classes, usually unbuffed.

maybe if you were in full raid gear. and in one of the top raid guilds cock blocking all the smaller guilds. most people would say go max stamina and once you cap that start trading stam gear for +hp gear.

cha might be tougher to max but after you have 100 or so most classes see zero benefit in it.
