The left doesn't like it because their opinions on literally everything are utterly uncontroversial to essentially every mainstream institution. People say being a traditional right wing conservative is the "new punk rock" because it is. Not saying I'm happy about it, but the left has completely lost the right to say they are raging against anything. Hth. | ||

Saying that will never make it true. Stomping your feet in a $1000 suit and tie and screaming that you are, in fact, the new punk rock is so tremendously not how counterculture works. If you don't believe me, feel free to try it at a protest. Or a college conservative speech. Just have an exit strategy.
