I did read your post, you just don't understand how to compare countries at all. First you try and compare tiny countries to the USA, which is silly.

Then you try to compare the USA to China, which has a VAST difference in population, politics, etc. First off, China has somewhere around 500 million people who live in literal rural villages, where they are poor and can't afford guns. So you need to compare crime statistics in the comparable areas in China before you can even begin to claim any statistical comparisons. You also think stats coming out of China are accurate, which is nonsensical. One of the primary concerns of a communist country is looking good, even if the good look is a complete lie.

The simple fact that you think collating statistics on countries is a simple math exercise, where things like population count, distribution of populations, overall wealth of individuals, rule of law, reliability of statistics, etc. are non-factors, you have failed statistics 101 as well as basic logic 101.

I did not move the goal posts. You did. You changed the topic because you couldn't rebut my argument lol. You were talking about Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore (no mention of China). So I rebutted your point with the simplest argument, which is population disparities. Comparing those countries to the USA is at least a little more logical since they follow somewhat similar governmental patterns.

China has way more people, you are right, but comparing China to America is a COMPLETELY different argument from the first four countries you mentioned, because China has a COMPELTELY different governmental pattern from the USA, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, and South Korea. China also has a fairly unique population distribution when compared to the other countries, so they aren't the same.

The problem here is you just looked at a few Wiki stat pages and assumed they were meaningful in the way you want them to be lol, which is to claim America is bad.
