I just don't see how you are going to do any better than the current system of using body-cameras. Unless you start paying a lot more money to attract smarter people to the job, using body-cameras is the best way to hold them accountable.

Your reading comprehension needs a revamp. I did not liken, rather contrasted calling out the fact that cops treat mentally ill the same as AA's, but there was accountability only because he was white.
