I gave it a whirl. Thought it was odd I couldn't worship mith marr as a human cleric, and freeport wasn't an available starting city. Only saw ~ 13 people on /who all when I tried on launch day. Next day, it was 8. Kind of forgot about it until I saw this thread update.

Well crud. I was set to have some fun soloing all the good stuff on my necro. There would be no asking CC in any zone. Kind of like red without the occasional ganking.

Yea I still dont understand this, the dude said he had been building the server for 2 years and then after like seriously 2 days of being open everything is burnt to the ground.

Maybe having less than 50 people online for launch day broken him? Even then he had to realize it would take some time for the server to pick up momentum.
