Actually, our rights are born when we use them and they die when we stop defending them.

I know you got nothing wrong on you, and you can show the cops your bag: it has nothing in it but I don't have to, it's illegal.

At any rate, your car analogy is great but like, it applies to everything.
Did you build your house?
Boring.
Did you build your electronics like a real man back in the day?
Fucking... boring.

Did you just order foo instead of making it like a grown adult? wow that is very boring.

Cars don't really serve a purpose other than transportation.
There is a severe trend in American automaker losing part of the pie.
Something about either you think you are the best, or you innovate.

Everything you say makes sense and I think that is my problem with it. We all know these things but we don't talk on it, its weird stuff. I have encountered these talking points before online and I always feel dirty after reading them.

It would need to be like a car truck not a real truck. Batteries can't run a real truck yet or possibly ever. I don't think you guys realize the power and longevity a gasoline or diesel engine offers.
What makes you say this?

The new president is such a shill for cooperate hand outs to antiquated giant rich old money owned corporations who have fallen so behind in the free market, he now just appears in their car commercials for free.

Literally fuck this guy

Electric motors have more instantaneous torque and fewer moving parts. Idk man, the batteries certainly are limiting, but I think you’re wrong about this one

if you look at EV where they are today, compared to where they were 30 years ago, I think it's safe to say they will be standard 30 years from now.

But 10 years ago this year I predicted we'd have automated cars driving by now and I was wrong (and am waiting to find out it will be another 10 at this point losing all my faith in it)

Standard for secretaries, like the mustang until they made a hi performance model. Then Steve McQueen made Bullet.

Who is even cool enough to pull off an EV chase these days? The Rock.. Steve Buscemi?? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Unless battery technology changes drastically it's nothing but a nerds fantasy

Imagine the battery power you would need to haul 30000 pounds up a 10 percent grade for literally hours on end. Trust me its not happening when you can purchase a truck that can do that today on craigslist for under 10k$

They are not even fucking close yet.

The truck they are going to come out with will be some powder puff bull shit that can't do what a truck needs to do
