Raiding on Blue is about the most cringe thing you can do on the internet in 2021, but even as an outside observer I know you are not supposed to pull anything in Kael with OOS as it was literally mentioned in a Green post like 2 weeks ago.

As far as I know, spells and songs that are flagged unresistable will always land on targets that are not immune. Occlusion of Sound listed as unresistable.

That you think using the most common spell bards use to tag with, that only lasts 18 seconds, is "debuffing statue" and not just tagging/pulling him like every single bard does with every raid mob they ever pull/tag. One day Riot leadership will come off their high horse and actually work to resolve issues rather than "bring it up" in UN knowing full well they're gonna just petition it regardless.

Croco, Vanquish asked if you would drop your petition based on the outcome. Riot chose not to drop it. That is why people saying it is the same issue that came under scrutiny.
