this zone is getting worse, i never had issues with it until recently but now even at 110ms sometimes clicking the orb desyncs me, and another time sitting still I randomly disconnected.

I did notice that this seemed to get much worse after the change was implemented that made the mobs fight each other.

I have been soloing in TT for the last 7 days, killed enough foragers to get 20percent into level 60.
sometimes ms is 121, cant do anything sometimes ms is 230, but can do things I usually log in and out until i can egress, sometimes it takes me 5 min to cast egress. sometimes ms starts at 113 by the second time you hit track you spike to over 5k ms, after initially starting to be fine, then lets you agro a mob and you die.(like i did just now. I have discovered if I use Egress to reenter zone, 7 times out of 10 it fixes whatever the weird issues are and i stay good until i have to camp. please fix this, i am going to have to spend an hour getting a rez for stupid lag. I actually desynced and an easily killed mob ate me for lunch.

Same issue also. Might be ATI graphics card? Overseas connection? Important sounding IT word?

I didn't have this problem 1 year ago, now I do using the same laptop I do now, the only difference is now I live in Thailand instead of America, based on what I've read in the thread going to go ahead and assume that is the root of the problem.

Bumping this. I was killing hunter and forager for an alt this morning and I'd be desynced upon zoning in. Sometimes zoning out and zoning back in fixed it, but I don't know how to replicate either the bug or the fix. I'm playing on a Vista laptop Core 2 Duo with crappy Intel 965 Express onboard graphics. I also did not have problems with TT a year ago.
