The only reason to restart on Green is to race to Sleeper's Tomb again. After that it really will be the same server in a couple years without content updates for Blue.

I prob won't play green. I barely have the time to play 4-5 hours a week anymore. I'll just stick to my current characters. Blue content should open up a bit I'd think. The beardiest of necks can enjoy what green has to offer.
